UNPLUGGED

Guided group adventures & digital detox experiences

Specializing in group cohesion & team flow our promise is more connection, more adventure, more FUN.

FEEL MORE ALIVE

Most Unplugged experiences involve the bike because it’s a beautiful tool for connection & aliveness. Our main recipe, however, is more basic:

Move your body away from screens in nature with others.

Beyond our basic desire for survival is a deep yearning to belong to something bigger than ourselves. When we sense our place this greater picture, we feel more alive. Screens do the opposite. Our multi-day camp-outs strip away the BS of the plugged-in world and put you face to face with the fresh reality of right here, right now. Rooted in primitive wisdom, our recipe is stunningly simple and highly-effective. Designed for group sizes of 8 - 30, our primary wellness modalities are:

  • Movement

  • Challenge

  • Group circling

  • Play

  • Mindfulness

  • Eco-therapy

  • Fun

  • Deep time in nature

  • Safety & belonging (most important)

YOU WON’T

  • BIKE.CLUB meets every Wednesday, 6pm @Loki Coffee & ends at a FREE sauna @RoHa Brewing 7:30pm. Come ride with us… people say things like… “it’s like the 999 but less problematic.” and “I’ve never had so much fun in a Target parking lot.”

  • Come as you are be as you are. WEIRDO’S LIKE YOU WELCOME.. so is everyone. We are welcoming & wild, silly & sincere— bring your perfectly imperfect self to the world.

  • At our monthly capture the flag throw-downs… held at Washington Square in downtown SLC. They’re playful, fun, and we go hard in the paint.

  • By-way of our quarteryly 4-square tournaments… that’s right, schoolyard style, just like you used to play on the black-top. We bump groovey tunes, chug La-Croix, and try hard because it’s more fun like that.

  • At our weekly WALK.CLUB… what happens when you wander in silence with a group of others? The streets have answers.

People gathered around a campfire at night, some dancing or socializing, with camping gear and chairs nearby, and a timestamp showing August 31, 2024.

If you’re like us, an ember burns deep in your chest. It flickers, smolders & flutters in the fire of life. The ember needs oxygen, dry wood, less water. When we move our body in nature, away from screens with others, our shields drop & the ember gets what it needs.
