Meet @ Trek Bicycle SLC DT to get your bike inspected
10am departure
Bike the Jordan River Trail (~5hrs) to Saratoga Hot Springs.
We will stop for lunch in Gardner Villiage. Pack a lunch recommended, but you can purchase food at a deli in Gardner Villiage.
Arrive to Saratago Springs (Inlet park) around 3pm. Soak in the springs (pack a swim suit and towel).
Bike to the Frontrunner Station in American Fork (by 6pm) and take FrontRunner (price is $2.50) back to downtown then bike back to Trek. The FrontRunner takes ~1 hour from American Fork to DT SLC.
Timeline is dependent upon pace but plan for this ride to take all day, being back to Trek around 8pm.
Plan to be flexible on the day as this is an “adventure”. At any point, if you’re feeling ancy or would like to ride your own pace, please feel free to do so.
-
The entire route is paved. Road bike or gravel bike is best. Mountain bikes are fine. E bikes are great.

The bike is our tool to connect, enjoy, discover the valley, and spend quality time with a crew of good peeps.

If ride paces aren’t aligned such that we can all ride together, then we will split into two crews: The Cruisers— leisurely paced, enjoyable cruise. This group soaks in the scenery, and goes the pace of the “cruisiest rider” 2) The Hammerheads— expected to be self-sufficient, this group rides as hard as you want with options to add extra miles.

“Before the adventure I was nervous about my ability to complete the ride. But I was open, excited and prepared to experience discomfort.
Now I feel capable, strong, grounded, seen, held, supported, valued and have like 3 new friends. The ride brought me back to an inner knowing that tribe is important; that we need to make time for one another; and that playfulness is never far away.”
