ABOUT THE ROUTE
-
Hard tail mountain bike (front suspension) is best. But full suspension (cross country) mtn bikes are great too. We do not recommend rigid gravel bikes unless you’re an experienced gravel rider.

When we shake the mundane & break weekly patterns, it offers us the space to check-in with ourselves, our habits & our lifestyle.
-
Both incredibly profound and stupidly simple, this recipe has been battle tested for millennia. So yeah.
-
Earth has healing properties, our job is to get out of her way and allow.
-
We believe that you are your own best teacher, guide & healer. Our facilitation methods are rooted in Adventure Education best practices— including mindfulness coaching, eco-therapy, neuro-anthropology & stoicism.
-
But if you come on the trip and don’t leave feeling more alive, we will give you a full refund.
Maria, Unplugged Adventure, MT, 2024
“Before the adventure I was nervous about fitting in & my ability to complete the ride. But I was open and prepared to experience discomfort.
Now I feel capable, strong, grounded, loved, seen, held, supported & valued. The adventure brought me back to an inner knowing that I am enough as I am; that my tribe can be attracted with ease; and that playfulness is never far away”
Let nature do the work
Move in nature, earn rest, reflect, celebrate.
Meals are nourishing, hearty & well deserved
“Sleeping in tents & grounding our feet in the dirt are features, not flaws.”
